Since our pretzels are made without any added preservatives or artificial ingredients, pre-baked soft pretzels can only be shipped using UPS Next Day Air Saver or UPS 2nd Day Air to all states west of AL, TN, KY, IN, & MI to ensure quality and freshness. UPS Ground Shipping may only be selected when shipping to the states mentioned above and all states east of those states. Details about the different shipping required for each group of states, shipping from zip code 17557, based on the days of transit shipping time are listed at www.ups.com/maps.
Conventional Oven or Toaster Oven
Preheat oven to 350°F
Place thawed pretzel on baking sheet and cover with foil to keep the pretzel from getting too crisp. If you prefer a crispier pretzel, heat uncovered
Heat 3-5 Minutes
Moisten pretzels with water or brush melted butter on pretzel and sprinkle with the salt provided*
*A couple ways to moisten pretzels with water are: mist with a spray bottle, basting brush, or a wet paper towel
Add flavor to your pretzel with cinnamon sugar, sour cream and onion powder, or garlic powder
Microwave
Moisten thawed pretzel with water or melted butter, then sprinkle with the salt provided
Place pretzel on a microwaveable plate or wax paper and cover the pretzel
Heat on high for 12 to 20 seconds*
*Because microwave ovens vary, heating time may need to be adjusted
